Custom geometry: Select the diameter and wall thickness needed for the intended component interface. Different tube sizes shown in the images are illustrative; final dimensions and tolerances are drawing-specific.
Smooth PTFE surface: PTFE is valued for low surface friction. Confirm insertion, sliding or release performance with the actual mating components and operating conditions.
Dimensional control: minimum achievable PTFE tubing tolerance of ±0.02. The quotation and approved drawing will define the applicable limits.
Material versatility: The supplier identifies chemical resistance, dielectric insulation, weather resistance and flame-retardant behavior as PTFE characteristics.
